Today NINA has announced that they are allowing free ICQ access for those who sign up by June 29th! (Edit: This was later extended to July 1st)
Well, if you were a user back in the day, you might remember that you could sign on AIM using your ICQ credentials. The services use the same OSCAR protocol (for the most part!)
This Secret is nothing more than that. Simply use your NINA ICQ credentials to sign in using an AIM client!
