DreamScape Productions AIM, or dSp AIM for short, is a tic/toc AIM Client we are building, based on Chad Cox's vb 6 example. The source code for his client is availble in the source code section or at planet-source-code.com
DreamScape is taking his source code to the next level, by adding many needed features to the client. A list of added options/commands is as follows.

Aside from being a fully functional TIC/TOC AIM Client (like AIM Express) There are added options/functionality.
Options So Far:
Build 1:
-fixed info button so it gets the screennames info, and not "screenname - Instant Message"
-Added Font resource error
-Added Killer Click
-Added rate limits to prevent loss of data, and disconnection.
-Improved rate limiting even more, to work even with out IM's open.
-Added an "Add Buddy" button to the IM window.
-Changed Labels on Sign On form.
-Changed Info
-Added Menu's to the IM form.
-Updated the buddylist so that you can send an IM to someone that is not on it.
-Created a Send IM form.
-Added a tab to options "Connection" that allows you to change the server and port, but at this point it does not save your configuration.
-Changed ABOUT button on signon to options button.
-Fixed it so that droped connections (because of sending when ratelimiting is at its max, beacause of connections timing out, etc etc) are noted, and you are visibly signed off.
-fixed it so that when you are signing on to frequently the connecting form does not stay on when you get an error.
-fixed it so that when signing on with an incorected password the connecting form does not stay visible when u get an error
-fixed it so that you are reverted to signon when connection times out, and get an error.
-fixed it so that it doesnt error if you but a letter in the port text box, or if you try to go past 99999
-Added Set info form/send protocol.
-Added saved info, that is sent when u sign on.
-Added Idler, you can set it to whatever you want.(up to 27 days or so)
-Added Resource Error for chats
-Added Screenname Formater (no popups, works in the backround)
Build 2:
-added 'my profile' to buddylist File menu
-fixed fast/med/slow for formater
-added ucase and lcase to s/n formater
-added autocheck for updates.
-worked on s/n formater
Build 3:
-Fixed Formater AGAIN.
-Added dSp Icon
-Blocked AIM Filter Java Modals
-Added Local Floodnet and Local Floodnet Server
-Re did signon screen.
Build 4:
-Fixed bugs
-Gave the Local Floodnet (Clone Commander) A major overhaul!
