This is a tool for OSCAR Developers, aspecialy those of you that use SPYNET (capture net)
Because it has a special tool that rips the ascii and other data from a packet that you input,
and then converts the hex to decimal. Very Useful. I use this every single time I work with OSCAR.
It's not for beginners, at least not yet. I haven't written a detailed readme yet.
